Declan Lacey - 31-Days of Awareness and Giving

Declan was diagnosed with Dandy-Walker Syndrome at a few months old. He was born with heart and brain abnormalities. Today, although he has global delays, Declan is a social, loving boy who loves to be around his siblings, family, and friends. Declan is learning skills at his own pace and although he doesn't have verbal communication, he speaks volumes with his infectious laugh. Declan loves music, sounds, and lights. He plays adaptive baseball and loves to go to the park!
